£1.2m Games money ‘blown’ on PR, consultants and managers, say LibDems

(HERALD SCOTLAND) - More than £1.2 million has been spent on public relations experts, consultants and managers for Glasgow’s 2014 Commonwealth Games in just two years, according to figures obtained by the Liberal Democrats.
